Processing & Dispatch

Once you place an order, our team at Bong Tales begins preparing your pieces for their journey.

• Dispatch Time: We typically take 2-3 working days to process, pack, and dispatch your order.

• COD Verification: If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), please note that your order may require additional time for verification. This is a quick step we take to ensure a smooth and successful delivery for you.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of our trusted delivery partners.

• Transit Time: You can expect your Bong Tales parcel to reach you within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch, anywhere in India.

• Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and local courier conditions.

Shipping & COD Charges

• Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders across India.

• COD Collection Fee: We charge a nominal fee of ₹75 on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to cover collection handling costs.

As soon as your Bong Tales apparel leaves our studio, we will send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress as it travels to you.
